SUMMER CAMPS ... Horizons is offering three one-week camps this summer - 5 to 9 July, 26 to 30 July and 9 to 13 August. All camps run from 09h00 to 16h00, with before and after care available (08h00 to 09h00 and 16h00 to 17h00). Camp activities will include fitness activities, Taekwondo classes, games and lots of fun! No previous experience is required for the July camps; however, candidates for the August camp must be Green belt or higher.

ABOUT HORIZONS ... Horizons Taekwondo offers classes for children, teens and adults at the Kingston Military Community Sport Centre (KMCSC), right across from the Royal Military College (RMC), in Kingston, Ontario. Though belt requirements are common to both, classes are designed to meet the needs of class members.

Whether you are looking for a regular fitness programme that enhances self-esteem, focus and coordination or you want to work toward high-performance competition or you want just to practice the sport, then Horizons Taekwondo is exactly what you're looking for!
